House Rules for Airbnb Property:

- Please observe quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 6:00AM. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
2. **No Smoking:**
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. **Pets are Allowed: Dogs only. No Cats**
- Pets must not be left unattended when leaving the home to roam around on their own, Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.
4. **Respect for Neighbors:**
- Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
5. **Check-out Time:**
- Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges, as we need time to prepare the space for the next guests.
6. **Garbage Disposal:**
- Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged, and bins are provided for your convenience.
7. **Lost or Damaged Items:**
- Guests will be responsible for any lost or damaged items caused during their stay. Please report any issues promptly.
8. **Maximum Occupancy:**
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Please inform us in advance if there will be additional guests. No unregistered guests shall be allowed overnight.
